Our New EMR System
We have upgraded our EMR to AthenaNet to be able to bring our patients a better and more accessible experience. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this transition as we continue to become more efficient in our practices while keeping our patient centric approach.
New Check-In Process
Patients will be now checking in through a new system. At first, all patients will be filling out more paperwork and signing our practice disclosures again. However after that first visit with the new system, everything will be much more streamlined! Patients will need to download the Qure4U Check In app on their device to be able to access their check-in tasks. Please see below for links!
Patients will be receiving appointment reminders via phone call and text message to their mobile devices that will include links to check-in and fill out your appointment forms up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.
